Job Description:


Responsibilities • Collaborate with vendor and L1 Support to ensure customer queries/issues are duly addressed • Analyze functional and technical cases and provide a resolution in accordance with agreed customer metrics • Analyze code oracle packages to localize the production issues • Support maintenance activities • Maintain status of problem resolution and stake holders on resolution status • Responsible to work with global business teams and SMEs to understand and analyze functional requirements • Work in different shifts round the clock • Provide adhoc support over the weekend • Document known issues & solutions and ensures adequate internal communication of problem resolution Qualification • 2+ years of experience in L2 application/production support, backend operations for payment/banking solutions • Should have hands on working experience in Unix • Should have hands on working experience in Oracle 10g/11g • Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data • Preferred experience in Stored procedures, Triggers, Functions, Views, etc • Understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, web technology and web protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP) • Scripting knowledge in UNIX • Working experience in stonebranch – Opswise automation tool is added advantage • BE/MCA or relevant technical discipline required
