Roles & Responsibilities:
Â· Knowledge & Experience on one or more of the Tools/Technologies: PAN Traps AV, Mimecast, Imperva DAM, Imperva WAF, Akamai WAF, Tenable, Qualys
Â· Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management for Support related issues
Â· Well versed with processes.
Â· Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors or users in diagnosing and resolving issues.
Â· A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Â· Must be proficient with one of the following: PAN Traps, Mimecast, Imperva DAM, Imperva WAF, Akamai WAF, Tenable, Qualys.
Â· Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies standards and procedures, and provide consistent and superior customer service.
Â· Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes to support and use emerging technologies.
Â· Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Â· Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
Â· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Â· Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
