Job Title QA Lead/Analyst Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 4 - 6 Years Technical/Functional Skills Manual & Automation Testing – Test Plan, Scenario, Data, Cases Design and Preparation Experience Required • Candidate should possess strong Healthcare Domain knowledge in Provider Management or Claims Processing or Membership Enrollment. • Should have prior work experience with NASCO or in any of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). • NASCO Product (NPE, PMR, Member Edge, Benefact, Claims, NPS, Navigator, NCompass, Pega) hands on experience is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities  Creating QA Project Plans and Test Strategy document.  Onsite & offshore coordination on queries/clarifications, work assignments, etc.  Participating in Requirement analysis/Functional document review meetings in order to understand the new requirements or the change in requirements  Reviewing/preparing the Project estimation with timelines/schedules Reviewing/preparing functional Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test data, Testable requirement document, etc. prepared by team members for the requirements  Reporting observations/defects/bugs to business and coding/dev team if any and logging the same in defect tracking tools/apps (ClearQuest, Rational Functional Tester)  Documenting all the Test deliverables for audit purpose and closing the projects formally  Sending DSR and WSR on time and ensuring testing commitments are met within the QA team and monitoring/supporting assigned QA team members for potential impacts to the target dates and communicating them to the project team well in advance  Identifying the opportunities for automation and areas of improvements to increase speed, quality, thus gain efficiencies  Status reporting and handle communications to project management team.  Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve testing issues on time.  Conduct defect triage meetings, coordinate defect resolution and re-testing
