Install Desktop OS, applications as per userâ€™s\\r\\nrequirement and add or remove accessories, peripherals, and configure Pcâ€™s.
Troubleshoot and resolve laptop/desktop/printer incidents.
- Assist users in accessing applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve remote locations user incidents / request
- \\r\\nVendor co ordination
- \\r\\nProvide priority support to VIP users for\\r\\nconfiguration of their laptops, desktops in office and at residence as &\\r\\nwhen required.
- \\r\\nEnsure that calls/Emails/tickets received are\\r\\nresponded in specified time frame and resolved /escalated.
- \\r\\nEnsure that calls / emails/tickets as responded\\r\\nto and resolved per SLAs defined.
- \\r\\nKeep track of IT inventory at site and maintained\\r\\nthe same
- \\r\\nCheck for outstanding cases
- \\r\\nEnsure that all tickets are transferred to the\\r\\nright resolver groups
