Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 
1. Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications( Incident , Problem , Change , Service Request ) within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.
2. Experience of implementing Service Mapping , Discovery & Orchestration , Service Portal .
3. Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read , follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind
4. Strong knowledge of developing on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures .
5. Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.
6. Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment , how to diagnose performance problems , and best practices for improving performance .
7. Knowledge of Inbound / Outbound Email Notifications .
8. Knowledge of Import Sets , Update Sets , REST / SOAP integrations
9. Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow will be added advantage
