*Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
*Troubleshoot basic network issues such as LAN, VLAN and Subnetmask.
*Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
*Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
*Create a backup and recovery policy, taking daily, weekly backup using Symantec net backup tool.
*MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting,
*Providing basic internet access and Skype access (office communicator)
*Scheduling WebEx meeting as per the user requirements.
*Providing access for the URL through web sense
