Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Receive support tickets, acknoweldege and resolve as per SLA
2 Perform problem management for recurring issues. Log the same to KEDB. Perform root cause analysis for severity 1 and 2 issues.
3 Analyse functional specifications, check completeness, get more information as needed, create functional design, coordinate with technical team to estimate
4 Prepare test scripts, perform tests, log defects and retest. Analyse and recommend regression test areas
5 Coordinate with SD and MM module teams for process integration issues
6 Come up with improvement ideas, prepare a business case, propose deployment plan
