Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:  Responsible for Systems Performance Engineering support tasks, leading to delivery of application systems which meet the performance and stability requirements of business stakeholders. 
\\r\\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads and coordinates performance engineering for small to medium initiatives.
\\r\\n- Collect and document expected system performance and operational characteristics. Collect and/or prepare test data for test execution. 
\\r\\n- Develop and execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, fail-over and interoperability. 
\\r\\n- Analyze performance test results. Identify, report, and review defects in assessing system performance and stability. 
\\r\\n- Create reports to document performance metrics, test results, analysis and recommendations. 
\\r\\n- Monitor performance of production systems. 
\\r\\n- Develop system tuning recommendations. 
\\r\\n- Leads peer reviews to ensure the completeness of all test assets created. 
\\r\\n- Understand and follow all applicable SDLC and performance engineering processes. Resolve performance and stability issues in performance test environment. 
\\r\\n- Leads performance defect triage
\\r\\n- Collection of NFR\\\'s and critical business scenarios
\\r\\n- Test plan preparation
\\r\\n- Scripts preparation using Load Runner
\\r\\n- Scenario design in performance center
\\r\\n- Test execution and monitoring the server metrics from different layers
\\r\\n- Analyzing the test results and report preparation
\\r\\n- Communicating the performance issues to the management
\\r\\n- Working closely with application teams to resolve the issues
\\r\\n- Should be ready to work in 2 to 11 PM IST Shift

  1. Requirement gathering (collecting NFRS etc..)
  2. Test plan involvement (check the resource is involved or worked if he/she just involved don’t consider)
  3. Script challenges\\r\\n
  4. Work load model
  5. Monitoring scope (tools like Wily, Dynatrace etc.. )
  6. Performance bottlenecks and suggestions
  7. Resource role (is he/she worked as individual resource and worked in team).

Skillset:  - HP Load Runner
- Wily Intrascope/Dynatrace
- Performance Center
- Quality Center
- Splunk (optional)
- TEPS

Experience on Agile and knowledge on CICD integration – not mandatory (added skill set)
Hands on experience on any other scripting tools like JMeter etc.. - not mandatory (added skill set
