Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 

PS HCM Technical with Workday experience:

 

  • Consultants with 5-8 years extensive experience in IT and 3+ years as a PeopleSoft Technical consultant.
  • Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end PeopleSoft Implementations or Upgrade or Support experience.
  • Must have strong experience and exposure towards the HR, Workforce Admin, Benefits, Payroll and Self Service modules.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday is a must.
  • Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.
  • Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, People Code, CI and Application Engine programming.
  • Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS V9.0 or above (mandatory).
  • Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP.
  • Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
  • Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
  • Utilizes Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to end users at many levels of the organizations
  • Hands-on technical expertise in calculated fields, custom reports, simple integrations (EIB, Core Connector, DT), business processes, condition rules, etc.
