l Administration\\\\r\\\\ntasks related to Transport rules, delivery reports, message trace, accepted\\\\r\\\\ndomains and connectors.
l Maintaining\\\\r\\\\npolicies configured on Logix Portal (DNS) for Advance threat protection ( ATP)\\\\r\\\\nfor emails and co-ordination with service provider for any issues.
l Co-ordination\\\\r\\\\nwith DNS provider ( Logix) for any DNS related activities.
l Powershell\\\\r\\\\nscripting for automation of manual tasks wherever feasible with deployed\\\\r\\\\nskills.
l Supporting and enabling\\\\r\\\\nmultifactor authentication for O365 suite.
l Providing first\\\\r\\\\nlevel support for O365 Collab suite ( MS Teams, One drive, Sharepoint, OWA )
l Maintain On\\\\r\\\\nPrem AD & O365 Synchronisation.
l Tracking O365\\\\r\\\\nemail back up and OneDrive backup on Barracuda archival appliance. Co-ordinate\\\\r\\\\nwith Barracuda Vendor for backup failure on need basis.
