l Administration\\r\\ntasks related to Transport rules, delivery reports, message trace, accepted\\r\\ndomains and connectors.
l Maintaining\\r\\npolicies configured on Logix Portal (DNS) for Advance threat protection ( ATP)\\r\\nfor emails and co-ordination with service provider for any issues.
l Co-ordination\\r\\nwith DNS provider ( Logix) for any DNS related activities.
l Powershell\\r\\nscripting for automation of manual tasks wherever feasible with deployed\\r\\nskills.
l Supporting and enabling\\r\\nmultifactor authentication for O365 suite.
l Providing first\\r\\nlevel support for O365 Collab suite ( MS Teams, One drive, Sharepoint, OWA )
l Maintain On\\r\\nPrem AD & O365 Synchronisation.
l Tracking O365\\r\\nemail back up and OneDrive backup on Barracuda archival appliance. Co-ordinate\\r\\nwith Barracuda Vendor for backup failure on need basis.
