Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:  In depth knowledge on Exchange and Office 365 (Exchange online, Lync online,Skype) Hands-on experience on Exchange and Office 365 Installation and uninstallation of exchange 2007 2010 and 2013 knowledge on clients access servers. Troubleshooting various client connectivity. Disaster recovery of Exchange 2007 2010 and 2013 Messaging Solution expertise, Implementation and Escalations handling capability Technically competent to perform 3rd level of trouble shooting, hands on experience to perform advance changes and problem tickets. Problem Management and Providing RCA Configuring and Troubleshooting Mail retention policies issues. Configuring and troubleshooting Transport and Journal rules issues Configuring and troubleshooting Edge Sync issues Configuring and Troubleshooting Mail flow and mail connector issues Configuring and troubleshooting compliance and Journaling issues Configuring and troubleshooting Unified Messaging policies issues Managing Client Access, Message Transport, High Availability features Periodic Patching & Provisioning of Messaging infrastructure Automation and simplifying of manual tasks by creating PowerShell scripts\" Monitor application, system, event, AV, backup and spam logs Manage 3rd party applications and services (email archiving, anti-virus and spam filtering) Technical understanding of Microsoft messaging products viz. Exchange, Lync, Skype for Business and O365 etc
