n Technologies Supported for LAN & Wireless devicesâ€“ Switching, Routing, Wireless controller, Guest Controller and Access Points,Prime Infrastructure for Wireless, Prime LMS for LAN monitoring, DCNM for Nexusmonitoring, Access Control devices, Identity Service Engine
n Maintain documentation in line with the networksolution implemented
n Maintain connectivity maps of the LAN environmentdetailing the connectivity and type of communication medium deployed
n Record changes in the documents maintained on-site
n Maintain location wise details of all LAN devices(Access Control, Switches, IP Telephony & Wireless)
n Monitor, manage and control configuration aspects likeIP address, subnet mask and VLAN details.
n Maintain configuration details of all devices in thenetwork
n Perform backup of configuration files periodically andwhen changes are effected.
n Re-configure, rebuild network devices during crashrecovery or configuration changes.
n Upgrades for LAN & Wireless devices under scope ofSOW which includes the technology supported on Switching, Routing, WirelessControllers, Access points, Identity Services Engine, Prime Infrastructure& LMS & Access control devices and other devices under the scope of theengagement
n Configure and manage access list
n All the devices will be maintained as per Customerâ€™sIT Security policy
n Based on Customerâ€™s IT security policy provided byKMBL, the following will be managed:
- Maintain the authentication protocols that are availablein Cisco IOS (like AAA)
- Maintain & Manage user authenticationthrough TACACS servers at all locations.
- Manage user access privileges
- Implement encrypted password managementmechanisms on all supported devices.
- Maintain and administer network elementsand devices on the NMS provided
- Configure & Manage VLANs
- Configure VLAN Trunking Protocol orSpanning Tree Protocol or both for a manageable switch.
- Configure Inter-VLAN routing or multilayerswitching if applicable
n Configure and maintain SNMP parameters
n Perform administration for network authenticationservers.
n Administration of WLC, ISE, Prime LMS, PrimeInfrastructure, ACS.
n Addition, Configuring and troubleshooting of AP(Access Points).
n Coordination with Cisco TAC for major incidents.
n Coordination with Cabling vendor for new cabling andrectification of cabling calls for locations as per baseline in Schedule A
n Managing of data network, voice and Wireless calls forlocations as per baseline in Schedule A.
