â€¢ Coordinated with Network team to increase efficiency by scaling the network and server infrastructure from initial support of 40 to 100 users. â€¢ Work trouble tickets effectively and efficiently and that interact with engineering, field technicians, and telecommunications carriers to facilitate resolving service issues in accordance with established processes and procedures. â€¢ Deploying VPN (hands-on) to provide remote & mobile users with network access connect geographically separated branches into a unified network & enable the remote use of applications that rely on internal servers. â€¢ Configuring, installing, and maintaining necessary hardware and software to provide a suitable LAN/WAN infrastructure to run production applications, including connectivity, security, and QoS. â€¢ Monitor the network for stability and performance in order to maintain 24x7 operations and resolve service impacts as they occur.
