Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 
Min 2-4 years experience working as servicedesk co-ordinator 2.Excellent communication & soft skills 3.Must be able to provide primary support & resolve calls to increase FCR ( First Call Resolution) 4.Should have basic knowledge about printer / mail / intenet / proxy setting 5. ITIL certification must 6.Should be able to assess situation & escalation descrition 7.Shold be ready to work in shifts
