Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 

·        Plan &provision application instances\\environments used on projects within theplatform across all lines of business (distribution channels) 

·        Analyse thekey environment hotspots and challenges that require remediation

·        Develop andagree an Environment Requirements, Approaches, Designs and Management Plans toaddress the hotspots and contention points, and how environments will bemanaged with all key stakeholders

·        Produce anenvironment management dashboard showing environment daily availability/stability/shakedown-smoketest status across all impacted/dependent Systems on the Program

·        Work with keytechnical teams across Project Management, Dev, Support, and Testing to ensureenvironment readiness and availability of systems

·        Ensure configurationmanagement and change control plans are in-place to manage multiple baselineapplication versions across the pipelines testing environments

·        Defineenvironment support requirements/roles & responsibilities and negotiate andobtain agreements from all required parties

·        Ensure  all projects have suitable access to a‘fit-for-purpose’ test environment

·        Evolveenvironment governance processes and controls ensuring that all projects usingthe Test environments communicate their requirements in alignment with overalldelivery schedules

·        Develop andmanage the scheduling of all related Environment Change activities includingdata loading, infrastructure changes and code uplift in the testingenvironments to maximise environment availability.

·        Plan,co-ordinate  and execute an efficient andeffective End of Day (EOD) schedule for all required and requested batchprocessing for the IT Platform (non-production).

·        Manage anyenvironment-related risks and contentions, ensuring the best outcome

·        Manage toresolution any Environment Defects in a timely and appropriate manner

·        Contribute tothe ANZ Test Environment Working Group

·        Report tostakeholders on Environment status, EOD progress, Availability, ChangeManagement and risks via an Environment Status Dashboard

·        Develop theProgram’s Non-Functional Testing Strategy for PnV and Automation

·        Implementtest environment stubbing and virtualisation of services including areas ofadoption

·        Create theData Management Plan for projects articulating how data will be managed, themechanism for capturing the individuals projects data requirements -  quarantining/reserving data etc
