Job Description:

 

Years of Experience: 4 -6 years  Detailed JD:- Having 4 to 6 Years of experience in Customer Support Operations, Customer Relationship, Vendor Management and Business Support  Experience in handing global customers for business support queries.  Should have excellent communication skills  Expertise in handling EMEA and NA region customers to take in bound calls and do out bound calls is must  Proven Experience in Convincing, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Team Supervising  Should have basic knowledge of Database to write simple to medium SQL queries  Prior experience in supporting insurance applications and having insurance knowledge is added advantage  Track record of delivering results with deadlines. Experience in Email, Chat and Phone Support and Ticket based support  Handle end to end queries related to business application and provide the resolution to user in instructive way through email and track the request in Ticket System (Incident & Change Management).  Experience in Maintaining Knowledge database, Prepare flowchart and training document for new hires.  Participate in client meeting for streamline the project and progress update  Experience in prepare weekly and monthly report, MOM, Plan/improve process strategies to meet highest customer satisfaction
