1) Should have hands-on experience of handling firewalls at any level, preferably Palo Alto firewalls.
2) Should have a good understanding of Access Control Lists (ACL) creation & modification.
3) Should be experienced in handling Network Address Translation (NAT) configurations on firewalls.
4) Should be able to understand all kinds of logs of the firewall.
5) Should be capable of monitoring firewall traffic flowing between interfaces.
6) Should be able to do the rule set review to optimize the firewall rules with the help of onsite team.
7) Should have basic understanding of SSL & IPSec VPN configurations
