Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Excellent communication skills, (active listening skills)

• Accept & registers Service Calls.

• Classify Service Calls according to the specified options.

• Manage the entire service request process ensuring adherence to SLA.

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction

• Should know Microsoft excel & its various formula

• Maintaining Reports Vendor wise

• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support & Network issue.

• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs

• Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) & Outlook.

• Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/Laptop & able to address the issue.�

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.

• Network and connect computers within organization to better communication
