Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Excellent communication skills, (active listening skills)
â€¢ Accept & registers Service Calls.
â€¢ Classify Service Calls according to the specified options.
â€¢ Manage the entire service request process ensuring adherence to SLA.
â€¢ Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
â€¢ Should know Microsoft excel & its various formula
â€¢ Maintaining Reports Vendor wise
â€¢ Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support & Network issue.
â€¢ Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs
â€¢ Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) & Outlook.
â€¢ Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/Laptop & able to address the issue.
â€¢ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
â€¢ Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
â€¢ Network and connect computers within organization to better communication
