n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nTroubleshoot and resolve deskside incidents
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nManage disk and folder sharing, and permission\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nsettings on desktops
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nAssist users in accessing applications
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nVendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging,\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\ntracking and closure for OEM calls pertain to hardware, software.
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nTroubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nSupport for standard software\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nissues
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nIsolate system issues;\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\ndiagnose standard software\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nissues and report hardware issues to\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nrespective Vendors.
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nInstallation / re-installation / configuration of desktops/laptops
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nConfigure\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n desktop and\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n of Client.
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nInstallation / re-installation\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n/ configuration of in-scope client software\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n/ applications
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nInstallation /\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nconfiguration of\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\ne-mail clients
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nTroubleshooting e-mail client related issues
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nTroubleshooting\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nissues related to standard\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n office softwareâ€™s (MS\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n Office Word,\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet client
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nSupport for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nInstall antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
n \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nInstall approved patches onto desktops / laptops.
