Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:  - SLA Management- Call Logging- Automatic ticketing- Incident Management- Process and change management- Problem management- Single point of contact via phone, email and Intranet- Provide helpdesk support 24x7- Multiple vendor coordination and support- Log a case in IMS- Inform engineers onsite to address incidents/problems reported- Track the cases/trouble tickets and escalate if not closed- Keep the tickets in work in progress mode, if someone is attending- Initiate a PMR (problem management record) to document a service outage to include date and time opened- Monitor PMR closure- Provide complete and timely problem status- Maintain an updated help desk personnel contact listing- Record, analyze and report on calls received by the helpdesk- Be Single Point Of Contact or escalations point for any service unavailability.- Maintain zero security incidents, 100% compliance.- Keeping always Audit ready.- Coordinate with various Data Center teams for information and work procedure updates.- Ensure the team is highly motivated & meets targets of SLA and Customer Satisfaction.- Trend analysis of daily Calls- Highlight Data Center related Service calls trends. - Generate Daily, weekly, monthly reports with Analysis
