n Maintaindocumentation in line with the network solution implemented
n Maintainconnectivity maps of the LAN environment detailing the connectivity and type ofcommunication medium deployed
n Recordchanges in the documents maintained on-site
n Maintainlocation wise details of all LAN devices (Access Control, Switches, IPTelephony & Wireless)
n Monitor,manage and control configuration aspects like IP address, subnet mask and VLANdetails.
n Maintainconfiguration details of all devices in the network
n Performbackup of configuration files periodically and when changes are effected.
n Re-configure,rebuild network devices during crash recovery or configuration changes.
n Upgradesfor LAN & Wireless devices under scope of SOW which includes the technologysupported on Switching, Routing, Wireless Controllers, Access points, IdentityServices Engine, Prime Infrastructure & LMS & Access control devicesand other devices under the scope of the engagement
n Configureand manage access list
n All thedevices will be maintained as per Customerâ€™s IT Security policy
n Based onCustomerâ€™s IT security policy provided by KMBL, the following will be managed:
- Maintain the authentication protocols that are availablein Cisco IOS (like AAA)
- Maintain & Manage user authenticationthrough TACACS servers at all locations.
- Manage user access privileges
- Implement encrypted password managementmechanisms on all supported devices.
- Maintain and administer network elementsand devices on the NMS provided
- Configure & Manage VLANs
- Configure VLAN Trunking Protocol orSpanning Tree Protocol or both for a manageable switch.
- Configure Inter-VLAN routing or multilayerswitching if applicable
n Configureand maintain SNMP parameters
n Performadministration for network authentication servers.
n Administrationof WLC, ISE, Prime LMS, Prime Infrastructure, ACS.
n Addition,Configuring and troubleshooting of AP (Access Points).
n Coordinationwith Cisco TAC for major incidents.
n Coordinationwith Cabling vendor for new cabling and rectification of cabling calls forlocations as per baseline in Schedule A
n Managingof data network, voice and Wireless calls for locations as per baseline inSchedule A.
