5. Establish and maintain an inventory ofall Voice Devices
6. Manage, track and resolve tickets;
7. Assign ownership and priority toincidents and problems;
8. Perform initial diagnostics to isolateand provide solution to problems;

13. Support for IP Phones Cisco or anyother make -
14. Escalate problems to the serviceprovider / ISP and coordinate for resolution.
15. First level diagnostic andtroubleshooting for all incidents and equipment related problem.
16. Escalate Voice & Network equipmentproblems to warranty / AMC support providers.
