Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 

 Responsibilities

1.       Ensure monitoring and management of NetworkVoice (Avaya)

2.       Define, document and review thresholds,filters, traps and alarm parameters for Network Voice Devices,

3.       Provide recommendations and plans tooptimize Network Voice performance and implement as appropriate

4.       Configure and manage all Network Voice devices;

5.       Establish and maintain an inventory ofall Voice Devices

6.       Manage, track and resolve tickets;

7.       Assign ownership and priority toincidents and problems;

8.       Perform initial diagnostics to isolateand provide solution to problems;

9.       BIMAC Services, Includes Build,installation/Move /Add and Change.

10.   VVIP Support

11.   Network Co-ordination Services-Hands& Feet Support

12.   Video Conference & WebcastingServices

13.   Support for IP Phones Cisco or anyother make -

14.   Escalate problems to the serviceprovider / ISP and coordinate for resolution.

15.   First level diagnostic andtroubleshooting for all incidents and equipment related problem.

16.   Escalate Voice & Network equipmentproblems to warranty / AMC support providers.

17.   Coordinate with respective serviceproviders or vendors to support
