Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: 
To be delivery Head .Heading the Unit
Responsible for formulating and implementing the strategy to future proof the Unit against Competence obsolescence,� Competition and Business Risks

o��� Responsible for driving revenues from external customers and achieving higher value business mix from internal customer (within Bosch Group)

o��� Meeting Business Plan targets: Revenue, Deployment, Profitability and Budget management

o��� Strategic customer engagement to ensure Growth and repeat business with good customer feedback

o��� Develop the next line of Leadership (business, Project and technical)

o��� Collaboration with other RBEI/BE-BS Practice heads and key stakeholders in RBEI (Digital, Mobility.)

Operative

o��� Responsible for service quality, efficiency & service levels delivery at Global benchmarks

o��� Drive Customer Satisfaction through Delivery within Cost, Schedule and expected quality.

o��� Engagement via:

    • Key inputs to Business Review Meetings; tracking through MIS reports, MSRs, etc.; Chair practice wide meetings
    • Focus on Total Cost to Customer and bring about improvement in the same
    • Associate engagement: deployment of various career path and associate related instruments.

o��� Responsible for driving strategic initiatives like Productivity (through automation) and Outsourcing in order to be competitive




Skillset: 

Business and strategic responsibility

o    Responsible for formulating and implementing the strategy to future proof the Unit against Competence obsolescence,  Competition and Business Risks

Customers

o   Creating and executing strategy for customers in collaboration with stakeholders

o   Working closely with Sales to develop business opportunities

o   Periodic review and reporting of business and  project status with customers

o   Ensuring customer delight through measurable business results

Technology/ Business background

Experience

o   Around 18+ Years of experience including Managing large teams, driving lines of business with a strong Business Intelligence(BI/BO, MSBI, Hyperion), process and implementation expertise

o   Capability in  leading large teams / virtual teams

o   Sound knowledge of Program Management and Business Acquisition cycle in IT domain

o   Proven capability in independently pursuing large deals and setting up COEs

o   Good communication and stakeholder management

o   SL1 FK Preferred
