Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:  • Perform health checkups on applications based on checklists provided by CLIENT. Activities are:\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor URL availability manually based as per mutually agreed intervals\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor scheduled jobs on a manual basis including Database jobs\\\\r\\\\n• Check MS Windows service status as per mutually agreed intervals\\\\r\\\\n• Check for mail notifications on task completion against pre-defined list of tasks\\\\r\\\\n• Check server availability as per mutually agreed intervals\\\\r\\\\n• Provide initial support for basic issues related to applications to end users using SoPs provided by CLIENT\\\\r\\\\n• Gather information related to an incident/problem like system name, application name, error information, screenshots etc.\\\\r\\\\n• Track incidents and transfer calls to CLIENT application team in case resolution cannot be achieved using the SoPs and basic troubleshooting procedures\\\\r\\\\n• Help in identification of unknown/first time problems and transfer call to the CLIENT application team < understand the expectation from CLIENT>\\\\r\\\\n• Help in analyzing tickets related to application category\\\\r\\\\n• Help in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for resolving common problems and in maintaining SoPs\\\\r\\\\n• Track response and resolution times for application calls\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare monthly Reports and submit to client as per the agreed calendar
