Min 9+ years of Experience form IT Industry (Must) ï‚· Supervises the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. ï‚· Oversees general administrative staff. ï‚· Coordinates with necessary vendors to meet organizational needs. ï‚· Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function ï‚· Taking care of Employee Transport during shifts and holidays ï‚· Taking care of Canteen operations across shits and holidays. ï‚· Taking care of all other admin related issues ï‚· To manage Front office, Mails, Stationary and visitors ï‚· To manage official Travel, VISA and accommodations of Employees ï‚· Overseas visitor Management ï‚· Scrutiny of bills related to admin activities Hindi Language SPEAKING is MUST
